  • “Services” include contract manufacturing, private labeling, and third-party manufacturing of supplements and nutraceutical products.

2. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • You agree to use our services lawfully and ethically.
  • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before processing or dispatch.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods.

3.3 Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order modifications are allowed within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on production status.

4. Manufacturing & Compliance

  • All products are manufactured in FSSAI, GMP, and ISO-certified facilities.
  • We ensure strict quality control, labeling compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their private label products comply with regional or international regulations outside India.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on order size and location.
  • Delays due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5.2 Risk & Ownership

  • Once products are shipped, the risk transfers to the customer.
  • We are not liable for damages during transit unless due to manufacturing defects.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing, refunds are not provided.
  • Replacements are considered only for:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product with valid proof.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including logos, text, images, and formulations, is owned by Mars Edge Solutions unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers using private labeling services may use their own branding and trademarks, but not our proprietary formulations without consent.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Warranties

  • We do not guarantee specific results from supplement use.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions unless due to proven manufacturing defects.
  • We are not responsible for third-party claims regarding health benefits or marketing claims made by private label customers.

9. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to users who violate these Terms.
  • Any fraud, abuse, or violation of legal terms may result in legal action.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
  • Alternative dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration may be preferred before legal action.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
  • Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
